Current focus
- Getting marklawler.dev stable, content-driven, and easy to maintain
- Consolidating active projects into a small number of lanes
- Shipping finished work instead of collecting “almost done” drafts
Current constraints
- Time is finite and expensive
- Tooling must reduce friction, not create it
- If a workflow can’t be maintained, it’s not a workflow
Not doing (on purpose)
- Busywork content
- Social-driven output for its own sake
- Overbuilding structure before content proves what it needs
